Shipping Restrictions for Certain U.S. States

We want ordering from Seedsman to be as straightforward as possible. As laws and regulations continue to evolve across the United States, there are times when we need to adjust where we can ship to ensure we're operating responsibly and in line with current requirements.

Where are seed sales currently unavailable?

At this time, we have temporarily paused cannabis seed sales to customers in the following states:

• Idaho
• Kansas
• South Carolina
• Wyoming

If your delivery address is within one of these states, you will currently be unable to complete a cannabis seed purchase through the Seedsman website.

Why have these restrictions been introduced?

Cannabis seed regulations can vary significantly from one state to another and continue to change.

While we review the requirements affecting these locations, sales have been temporarily paused. This allows us to make sure we're doing things the right way while continuing to provide a reliable experience for our customers.

Will Seedsman ship to these states again?

We understand this may be disappointing, particularly if you've ordered from us previously.

These restrictions are temporary while the relevant regulations and compliance requirements are reviewed. If we're able to resume sales to these states, we'll update our website accordingly.
