Some customers may receive a phone call or notification from GLS offering the option to approve delivery without a signature (for example, leaving your order on your porch, at a neighbor’s address, or in another unsecured location).

We strongly advise you to refuse this option.

Why?

• Seedsman requires that all GLS deliveries are signed for at the address provided at checkout.

• If you approve non-signature delivery, or if your order is left anywhere other than directly signed for at your delivery address, we will not be able to assist with any issues that may arise.

What You Should Do

• Always decline non-signature delivery if offered by GLS.

• Ensure someone is available at your shipping address to sign for your parcel.

• If you cannot be at home, GLS provides options to reschedule or redirect your delivery securely.
