✅ ACCEPTABLE EVIDENCE (REQUIRED FOR REPLACEMENTS)

To be eligible for seed replacements, please include clear, timestamped photos of your germination attempt using one of the following accepted methods:

1. Paper Towel Method

   • 📷 Clear photo of seeds on a damp paper towel, with:

     • Moisture visible

     • Seeds spaced out (not clumped)

     • Paper towel labeled with date and strain name

2. Cannakan or Propagation Chamber

   • 📷 Photo of seeds inside the Cannakan, showing:

     • Moist environment

     • Clear labeling of strain and date

     • Seeds visibly attempting to sprout

3. Other Germination Methods (Rockwool, Jiffy, etc.)

   • 📷 Seeds must be visible in the plug or medium

   • Clearly show:

     • Labeling

     • Moisture

     • Taproot activity or lack thereof
        

✅ Tip: Always include a slip of paper with order number and date in the photo for reference.

❌ UNACCEPTABLE EVIDENCE (WILL NOT BE APPROVED)

We cannot process claims based on the following:

• 📵 Photos of empty soil or pots with no seeds or labels visible

• 📵 Photos of plugs or trays with no visible seeds or taproots

• 📵 Screenshots of your invoice or order without germination evidence

• 📵 Blurry or dark images where germination cannot be verified

• 📵 Images of successful plants from your order.

⚠️ We must see the actual seeds during the germination attempt to validate your claim.
