How to Verify Your Address Using USPSUpdated a month ago
At Seedsman, we use the USPS address database to verify shipping addresses and ensure the successful delivery of your order. To prevent any shipping issues, we ask that you please verify your address details before placing an order.
How to Check Your Address
To confirm your address is recognized by USPS, please use the following link: USPS Address Lookup Tool
Enter your street address, city, and state.
Click "Find" to retrieve the USPS-verified details.
Understanding Your Results
Once you enter your address, look for a section titled "DPV Confirmation Indicator" in the results.
If the DPV Confirmation Indicator shows a "Y", your address is deliverable by USPS.
If it shows an "N", the address is undeliverable by USPS services. This means we may not be able to ship to that address, and you may need to provide an alternative.
What to Do if Your Address is Undeliverable
If your address returns an "N" for DPV Confirmation, we recommend:
Double-check for any typos or missing details (such as apartment or suite numbers).
Trying a different, deliverable address if possible.
Contact your local post office for assistance in updating your address with USPS.
Please be sure to update and save your address in the My Account section of our website to avoid any errors that may delay the shipment of your order with us.
