Payment Options for US Orders:

Shipping Details:

We work hard to ship out all US orders within 24-48 hours on business days after receiving your payment. Your order will ship from our warehouse in Illinois. We use USPS postal service.

For orders shipped within the United States we use USPS shipping services only.
USPS services include the following.
Ground Advantage - Packages are delivered in 2-5 days and USPS Tracking service is included in the price- there is no need to be at home or sign for this service
Priority Mail -  Packages delivered in 2-3 days. Check delivery time estimates with the USPS Service Standards Map.
Priority mail with Signature -only offered to high value orders over $300 service includes tracking, delivery in 2-3 days, **requires a signature**

USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation sent to a PO Box requires the recipient to sign for the package at the post office counter. A notice (PS Form 3849) is placed in the PO Box, instructing the recipient to pick up the item within 15 days by showing ID.

Key Details for PO Box Signature Confirmation:

• Process: Instead of direct delivery, a notification slip is left in the box.
• Pickup: The recipient must visit the retail counter during business hours, present ID, and sign for the package.
• Storage: Items are generally held for 15 days.
• Electronic Option: Customers can use USPS Electronic Signature Online (eSOL) via Informed Delivery to sign for eligible packages digitally.
• Carrier Actions: If the box is part of a caller service, the agent may sign for it upon delivery, otherwise, it follows the standard slip-and-pickup process.

It is important for the recipient to bring the notification card and a valid photo ID to the post office. 

Important Note About Forwarding and Shipping Companies:

When you place an order, make sure to use your final destination as the delivery address. Orders are packed in plain padded envelopes. 

If you use a forwarding or shipping company, your seeds may be destroyed or removed. Orders to the USA, won't have stealth packaging, and once they're delivered by USPS they're considered complete. Insurance on these orders will be void.
