FAQs for Rest of World (ROW) Orders

What payment methods are available?

To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we offer the following payment methods for Rest of World (ROW) orders:

• Debit/Credit Card

How will my order be shipped?

All Rest of World (ROW) orders are shipped via the Local Postal services.

Delivery can take between 5–35 working days, depending on customs clearance in your country. 

If you selected tracked shipping can track your order using the Royal Mail tracking service.

If you selected without tracking orders are not eligible for reshipment, replacement, or refund in the event of loss, delay, or non-delivery. By selecting a non-tracked shipping method, the customer accepts full responsibility for the shipment once it has been dispatched.

Uninsured Restricted Countries

At Seedsman, we are proud to ship to almost every country worldwide. However, due to a high number of parcels failing to reach customers in certain regions, we have had to limit our services.

Orders placed to the countries listed below are uninsured. If an order shipped to one of these destinations does not arrive, we will not offer a refund or reshipment under any circumstances.

Important Notice

Orders placed to any restricted country order's placed are done entirely at the customer’s risk.

This process may include removing bulky packaging such as plastic tubes, and in some cases the breeder packaging may be removed entirely. Seeds are then secured to protect them during transit.

Please rest assured that all seeds are authentic and carefully handled. These steps are taken only to reduce the risk of customs delays and to make sure your order reaches you safely.

United States Orders

Orders placed on the United States site can only be shipped to addresses within the United States. It excludes all offshore U.S. territories

Please ensure you select your correct country using the website’s country drop-down menu. This ensures you only see products available for shipment to your region.

We are not responsible for orders placed on the US site that are later forwarded outside of the United States. Any attempt to do so will void any delivery insurance purchased.
