🌱 Seedsman Clone Orders – Shipping & Support Policy

** Please note that all Clone Sales have been disabled at checkout. While we are not able to provide an ETA, stay tuned for any updates! **

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Information

  • Shipping Method: All clone orders ship via UPS Overnight or USPS Overnight (continental U.S. only).

  • Signature Required: UPS requires a signature for all live plant deliveries. Be available at delivery time. Missed deliveries causing delays are not covered under our replacement policy.

  • Shipping Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days of purchase.

  • Order Minimum: A minimum of 4 clones per order is required.

  • Shipment Confirmation: A confirmation email with tracking info will be sent once your order ships.


🌿 Clone Order Guidelines

  • U.S. Mainland Only: Clone orders can only be shipped to addresses within the mainland United States.

  • No PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Delivery Delays: Occasional delays may occur due to:

    • High order volume

    • Weather disruptions

    • Clone provider delays
      We will post any known delays in our Knowledgebase FAQ.


📦 Order Quality Issues & Disputes

  • Reporting Issues:
    Quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the plants and packaging.

  • Contact Email: [email protected]

  • Damaged or Lost Packages:
    Contact the shipping carrier directly. Seedsman is not liable for shipping damage or loss. Retain all packaging for any claim.

  • Cancellations:

    • Must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order.

    • Include the reason for cancellation so we can improve service.

  • Disputes After 24 Hours:
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims made after 24 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds/Returns:
    All clone sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted.


💳 Payment Methods

  • Accepted: Credit/Debit Card, ACH, Bitcoin.

  • Note: Some U.S. states may have credit card payment disabled due to processor regulations.


🧾 Tips for Receiving Your Clone(s)

  • Be Available: Plan to be home when your order is delivered to avoid letting plants sit outside.

  • Cold Weather: Avoid ordering during below-freezing temps. Cold can shock plants.

  • Hydration Check: Assess moisture upon arrival. Plants are pre-watered but not fully saturated.

  • Initial Recovery: Plants may appear saggy or stressed. Place under bright light for a few hours to recover.


🪴 Transplanting Instructions

  • Potting Timeline: Transplant when the plant is 1–2 months old (check the tag in your box).

  • How to Check Readiness: Gently remove the pot. If the soil holds shape and roots are visible, it's ready.

  • Pot Size: Use at least a 3-gallon pot; 10 gallons or larger is ideal.

  • Do Not Remove Netting: The PLA mesh around the peat pellet must stay on. Removing it can damage roots and kill the plant.

  • Water After Transplant: Fully saturate the soil.

  • Soil Type: Use light, well-draining soil that allows airflow. Avoid compacted mixes.

  • Pellet Info: Clones are rooted in Jiffy peat pellets with biodegradable PLA mesh that is compatible with most media.

  • Hydroponics Note: Peat pellets work in hydro systems, but are not soilless. Do not wash soil off once established.


🌤 Outdoor Growing Tips

  • Timing: Keep indoors or under lights until at least mid-May to avoid premature flowering.

  • In-Ground Growers: Prep the soil and avoid rocky or firm soil. Up-pot for one month before direct planting to encourage healthy root expansion.
